This place had great services and a fantastic location near the pier, with helpful and friendly staff keeping everything clean; we enjoyed some fantastic drinks at the bar and had a really pleasant stay overall.

It is very well located, you can walk to all the historical sites of the old San Juan. The room is just as it is shown in the pictures of the reserve, the bed is very comfortable, everything was very clean, the wifi arrived without any problem to the room.
air conditioning is automatic, you can not regulate the temperature, so sometimes it becomes very cold. However, what made me most uncomfortable was the unkind attitude of the reception staff and it is noteworthy that the Puerto Rican is characterized by the opposite. Except for one person who was very nice (I don't remember his name, he was dark, thin), whenever we asked something they seemed to be in a bad mood, they answered politely, in some cases I even stayed talking to myself, I didn't know if they were looking for the information to satisfy my question or simply they were already in the pc looking at something else. We asked them if it was possible to keep our bags for a day and answer was always that we had to talk to the next person who was going to be in the reception, made it impossible for us to take another alternative since we always hoped that this other person could help us and we were going to leave at dawn. last person who attended us (the sharpest and most grumpy, blue-eyed man), rudely told us that they did not keep suitcases there and even less if it was for the convenience of the client (since we had indicated that we were going to a beach on an island and they had told us that there was no place to rent a place to keep them), once said that, he continued to see his computer as if he were saying: I don't care, you can manage... that's how it was. Train your staff to be more customer service oriented and empathetic.

The rooms here are cozy and well-lit, making it easy to relax in bed. Plus, the on-site restaurant is top-notch! You'll find all the essentials in your room, like a big TV with plenty of channels, a mini-fridge, and a desk for any work you need to get done 💼.

Unbeatable location close to Castillo San Cristobal National Park/Monument, Old San Juan shops, restaurants, and points of interest. Rooftop restaurant with a great view

Toilet was blocked most of the time. Towels provided where only for one person. We wanted to have breakfast at the terace restaurant before leaving to airport. It should be open from 7:30 am but it was locked.

This spot is small, but super clean. It's in a fantastic location that's close to everything you'd want. the rooms here are neat and well-lit, plus the beds are so cozy you won't want to get up. They even offer a wake-up service to get you going. 😊

We found out reasonable prices in the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had an awesome stay for one night. It had marvellous location minutes from Tapia Theater. The property was set in a good area. Our room was cheap and bright provided with a TV, the closest plus all unpacked things.

The location could not be better. Right in the middle of everything there is to do in Old San Juan. The price is right which made it a choice not to be passed up.
